Onboarding suite provisioning
One-click provisioning of complete Wunderkind campaign suites — emails, data extensions, and journeys — in seconds. Standardized quality across the team and eliminated manual setup for every new enterprise client.
Senior Software Engineer and Marketing Technology Leader. Eleven years at Wunderkind — grew from email developer to lead engineer, four of those years leading engineering teams. Ship triggered programs across SFMC, Responsys, Marketo, Klaviyo, Acoustic, Sailthru, and Zeta — plus the internal tools that move them faster.
At Wunderkind I’ve designed and shipped a handful of internal tools that materially cut the time Professional Services spends on enterprise onboarding, ESP migrations, and QA. Each one was adopted by the team and measurably saves hours per use.
One-click provisioning of complete Wunderkind campaign suites — emails, data extensions, and journeys — in seconds. Standardized quality across the team and eliminated manual setup for every new enterprise client.
Creates data extensions, triggered sends, and email messages, inspects live SFMC data, and duplicates entire account assets across instances — enabling fast ad-hoc operations that previously required manual rebuilds.
Rapidly QAs onsite and email links at scale to safeguard product integrity during launches and migrations. Catches broken redirects, stale UTMs, and 4xx/5xx responses before they ship.
A faster, template-driven alternative to Salesforce’s native Journey Builder. Reusable events and direct fetch/deploy bypass the SFMC UI’s latency, with multi-account parametric deployment baked in.
Tools are internal and proprietary to Wunderkind — happy to walk through architecture, trade-offs, and adoption metrics in conversation.
A side project I built and shipped. Paste personalization logic in any ESP’s templating syntax and Lingo translates it across all five major platforms in real time — with syntax highlighting and confidence indicators where a clean 1:1 mapping doesn’t exist.
Real-time bidirectional translation, confidence warnings for platform-specific features that need manual rewrite, an example library covering common patterns, MIT-licensed, no backend.
Production campaigns I’ve shipped via Wunderkind for global retail brands — responsive, accessible HTML/CSS across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Klaviyo, Zeta, and more, tested across every major client and device. Each card opens a live preview with a toggleable source view.
Click any email to preview the live rendering alongside the source code.
Eleven years at Wunderkind — grew from email developer to lead engineer, with four years leading engineering teams in between. Shipped triggered programs across SFMC, Responsys, Marketo, Klaviyo, Acoustic, Sailthru, and Zeta for global retail brands. Currently exploring LLM-assisted ESP migration tooling and AI-powered internal automation.
Always open to interesting martech problems, internal tooling work, or a good conversation about email infrastructure.
